🌱 Vegan cheese sauce out of cauliflower? Yes- it’s possible and very tasty. And much lighter than the original what I personally prefer actually 😎 *** What you need: 1/2 cauliflower 1 cup cashews 1-2 cups nutritional yeast 1-2 garlic cloves 1 onion 1/4 tsp red pepper 1/4 tsp (or more...) white pepper 1 tsp turmeric 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp mustard (dijon or what you like) Salt Optional: a bit truffel oil 😍 Noodles of your choice of course At first I roasted the cauliflower , onion an garlic with some oliveoil and salt in the oven for some minutes. When it started to smell it’s ready. After that i put all the ingredients in the vitamix with some water until it has a creamy consistency.
